Pray for Japan......Bit of Construction....

Hello Dear Ones,
I have not forgotten you.  I have needed much more time to take care of my precious RoseFlower recently.... so that means not much time for blogging.  I have still been praying for you.

Looks as though I need to do a bit of construction on my poor neglected blog!  Dust away some cobwebs, put up some new pics, that sort of thing.  Lots of projects going on right now..trying to get home school back up and running again after a couple of hospital stays for RoseFlower and a bit of backstepping in the PTSD and other health issues.  As always, God is AMAZING!!!  I thank Him every day for giving me the energy and strength and patience to help her through this...and every night when my head hits my pillow, I PRAISE HIM for my bed and my happy "art journal page" comforter that I sleep under and my dragonfly lights that are over my bed.  I may only get to sleep for 30 minutes before I am up again helping my girl, but this is where I am supposed to be right now.  I praise God for reinforcing that fact to me lately in quite a few ways.

Please pray for Japan...  the wounded hearts, the brave workers, the grieving families, the reporters, all that are affected by this horrendous cataclysmic tragedy.  Pray for God to show His face in this time of disaster to those who don't know Him.  Pray for Him to comfort them and give them His strength...let them know that they can lean hard on Him in times of peril and He will save them.

Painting...Sleeping (or not)...Happy December!

Hello Dear Ones,

Happy December!  Can you believe it is almost time for Christmas?  In some ways, this year has gone by incredibly fast. 

We have been redecorating RoseFlower's room!  Very exciting!  Painting the walls purple, she has a really beautiful new comforter set-stripes of all colors, purple fur blanket, we are going to put this beautiful green irridescent tulle above her bed..I'll post pics when we are finished.

The past couple of nights she has been waking up at 2am and not been able to go back to sleep.  So everything feels like the twilight zone around here.  I took a nap today.  That helped.  Still wonky. 

God is really so wonderful!  I can still see His Hand in healing her.  Some days are better than others.  But everyone has some days that are better or worse.  He hasn't finished with her or any of us yet.  I am so thankful for that.

Makes My Heart Beat Faster!!!

Hello Dear Ones!  Yes, I will be posting and writing more often.  Just very busy taking care of my RoseFlower right now.  Holidays are always difficult for her.  I am praying for y'all...yes, even though I don't know you!

Wanted to share this great video I ran across just now on You Tube.  I've never heard the song before, it is called "Colorful Revolution"-by the Redwalls.  The video is just amazing!  I go ga-ga (no relation to Lady) over any kind of art supplies...so this video is just too exciting for me!  If we don't get to do some art tomorrow, I will explode!

Hope y'all had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  You know, no matter what is going on...there are always things to praise God about!  He is so wonderful!!
